Do you love frogs? Nevermind even if you despise them for this fun little game- Froga will change you perception of frogs, and if not that it will atleast entertain you with its puzzles.
Frogs and puzzles? And don’t the leaves look like Pac-Man? Yeah you are right with both the observations, for the first: the puzzles are more like block-2-go or Bulldozer and for that uncanny resemblance to Pac-Man of the leaves, we have no answer. May be we should knock at the doors of interActive (developers of Froga) for an answer, or may be Namco (developers of Pac-man) will! Let’s not bother about copyright infringements here and dwell straight away in to Froga, after the break though.
Let, me first give a brief tour on the basic rules of gameplay: you gotta hop over the leaves, eat the flies and reach the exit point at each level. Flowers are like teleporting locations and at times you will come across bubbles which are something like Jetpack in Dangerous Dave, the legendary DOS game from John Romero.
Now coming to gameplay, the first three levels are no-brainers and you can clear them even when you are half asleep! The real challenge starts at Level 4, which is not much of a challenge actually but something which is not very obvious as in the previous levels.

Verdict
Froga is not a graphics intensive game and is more like one of the DOS game of the late 80s. The era in which Dangerous Dave ruled the gaming world and its kinda cool to have such games on 5800s for once in a while. Frog is fun indeed and must have for fans of yesteryears gaming.
